Privacy policy
We collect the least we can, we do not ask what happened, and we do not sell or share anything.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry or book with us we collect your name, telephone number, and optionally a contact number, together with your road test date, the DriveTest centre and the class of test. If you book, we also record your driver’s licence number and the conditions printed on the licence, because we are legally required to verify them before putting you in a vehicle.
We do not ask for, want or record the circumstances of your conviction or suspension.
Why we collect it
- To tell you whether a vehicle and an instructor are available for your date, and to quote it.
- To meet the record-keeping obligations of a licensed driving school in Ontario.
- To arrange insurance cover for the vehicle you drive.
Who sees it
Our instructors and administrative staff, and our insurer where a booking requires it. Enquiry forms on this site are processed by our customer relationship provider, LeadConnector, acting as a data processor on our behalf. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to anyone.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within 12 months. Booking records are kept for as long as Ontario requires a licensed driving school to keep them, and then destroyed.
Your rights under PIPEDA
You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the ignition interlock training contact form or call (613) 748-7721. We will respond within 30 days. You do not have to give a reason.
If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Embedded third-party components — the enquiry form and any embedded video — may set their own; the form provider’s policy governs those.
