Tell us the date, the DriveTest centre and what you need. We confirm whether the car and an instructor are free and come back with a written figure with everything in it, usually the same day.
How to book an ignition interlock course in Ottawa
- We check the date. Whether a car and an MTO-licensed instructor are free for your slot.
- We send a written quote. Everything included, no deposit taken to produce it.
- You say yes or you don’t. Nothing is charged and nothing is booked until you reply.
If you don’t need a road test
We will tell you that instead of quoting you. A licence invalid for under three years needs an eye test and nothing more — no road test, and no need for this service. Put your dates in the message box and we will place you honestly.

You might not need a road test at all
Before you book anything, check how long your licence was invalid. It is the only thing that decides whether a road test is required, and we would rather tell you now.
- 1–3 yrs
- Eye test only — no road test. A first conviction carries a minimum one-year suspension, so most first-time drivers land here.
- 3–10 yrs
- Knowledge test, eye test and two road tests, with no mandatory waiting between them. This is who we are for.
- 10+ yrs
- You reapply as a new driver and serve every graduated licensing waiting period. No fast-tracking.
